Electrocoating, cationic electrocoating / melamine baked coating
This is a method of uniformly applying paint to the coated film by passing a high-voltage current.
Hanakō Industries also accepts inquiries about electro-deposition coating (cationic electro-deposition coating/melamine baked coating). Electro-deposition coating is the same painting method used for automobiles. It is referred to as Electro-Deposition Coating (commonly known as ED), and unlike general painting, a special method is used for film formation. Special paint is evenly suspended in water maintained at a constant temperature (27°C to 29°C), and by passing a high-voltage current, the paint (+) is uniformly adhered to the workpiece (-). The cationic electro-deposition coating offered by Hanakō Industries is a high-quality coating with excellent rust resistance. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
